AFRISTEMI, in collaboration with the Online Safety and Cybersecurity SIGs, will organize a 3-day Global Encryption Day 2025 program in the Sunyani West District under the theme “From Classroom to Cyberspace: Staying Safe with Encryption.” The goal is to raise awareness about encryption, online privacy, and safe digital practices among students and educators. Over the first two days, we will visit 2–3 schools to engage about 150 students and 20 teachers through interactive presentations, demonstrations, and fun activities such as the secret code challenge, password strength game, and creative poster design session.
